By keeping in mind, the need of scholars, students and faculties the International research and collaboration cell (IRCC) organized a International webinar on theme Advances in water and transport intensive Industry for sustainable development on 23rd October 2020, from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm.
The first speaker for the session was Dr. Gopal Krishna, Scientist-C Ground water hydrology division, NIH Roorkee, Ministry of Jal Shakti, GOI. He presented on the topic Ground water crises: A threat to water security. He emphasized on the ground water problem and its various reasons and also discussed about the future impact of this for human mankind. Our second speaker for the session was Mr. Paul Comfort, Executive Director, North American Transit Alliance, Mobility futurist, author and keynote speaker from Maryland, USA. He presented on the topic future of public transport.
The whole session was interactive and about 100 participants attended the lecture across all parts of country. lecture was received with admiration by the students and they also found the slides appropriate.

The International research and collaboration cell (IRCC) organized a International webinar on theme Artificial Intelligence and its applications on 16th October 2020, from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm.
The first speaker for the session was Mr. Pallav Modi, Head of AI at Ennovison Tech, founder of aimadesimple.com and InStyle and also acknowledged as an AI Innovator at London Tech Week 2018. He presented on the topic Role of Artificial intelligence in shaping our future. Mr. Pallav Modi discussed the basic of AI and whats is mean for a simple human being, also emphasized the importance of AI in present time and its role in shaping the future of human mankind.
Er. Ghulam E Mustafa Abro joined us as our second speaker of the webinar, is an eminent scholar and an academician from UTP Malaysia. He presented on the topic Boom of AI and IoT enabled applications in today’s modern era. Mr. Abro highlights the importance and boom of AI and IoT enabled applications. He presented a part of his research in the field of robotics, also shared some of case studies to justify the discussion.
The lecture was attended by more than 150 participants across all parts of country. lecture was received with admiration by the students and they also found the slides appropriate.
25th September 2020 news - International Webinar on “How to foster effective learning and teaching in 2020 through online resources”

The International research and collaboration cell (IRCC) organized a International webinar on How to foster effective learning and teaching by online resources on 25th September 2020 between 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm.
The speaker for the session was Dr. Carlos Beato, founding principal at the International High School at Langley Park (IHSLP) in Bladensburg, Maryland. Few of the organizations he worked for are Johns Hopkins Institute for Education Policy, “Preparing Teachers for Diverse America”; Mid-Atlantic Conference on Personalized Learning, “Competency-Based Schooling for ELLs”; INACOL Blended and Online Learning Symposium, “Lessons from New Competency-Based High Schools: Leaders Reflect on Design and Launch.”
Dr Carlos explained the importance of effective learning and teaching and the need of access to technology and online resources for an effective impact on student’s learning. He also highlighted the new research on the views of students and teachers about using digital resources in the classroom and examine what is needed to support new models of learning.
The lecture was attended by more than 170 participants across all parts of country. lecture was received with admiration by the students and they also found the slides appropriate.
14 September 2020 news - Hindi Diwas Celebration

On the occasion of Hindi Diwas, a One-day seminar was organized on the topic of "Hindi is not only a language, but it's also our mother tongue language" at Shri Venkateswara University located on National Highway Bypass, Gajraula. In which the speakers, termed Hindi as the soul of the country and repeated the option of widespread propagation of Hindi and its prosperity throughout the country. Apart from this, university staff was also honored by the university administration to use 100% Hindi in their work and offices, also took a pledge to use Hindi regularly. On this occasion, students of the university also performed spectacular cultural programs for the Promotion of Hindi. The seminar, Hindi oath, and honor ceremony celebrated at the Swami Vivekananda Central Auditorium of the University, and the inauguration has done by Chairman of the Venkateswara Group, Dr. Sudhir Giri, Pro-Chancellor Dr. Rajeev Tyagi, famous litterateur Dr. Yogendranath Arun, and litterateur Dr. Shri Gopal Narsan by lighting the lamp in front of the statue of Mother Saraswati. In his address, the group chairman Dr. Sudhir Giri said that Hindi is not just a language, its the soul of this country. More than one billion people are serving Hindi in 148 countries of the world. This is a matter of making the country proud, and he also said that the language of the office should be in Hindi. University Pro-Chancellor Dr. Rajeev Tyagi said that speaking in Hindi is not a matter of shame, but a matter of expression of national honor and self-respect. Apart from this, we should also adopt Hindi at the international level and commercial level. Our national language does not act as a barrier globally. A living example of this is our enemy country China, which made all trade relations in its Chinese language and established itself at the international level.
8 September 2020 news - Literacy Day Celebrations

Today on World Literacy Day, a one-day seminar on the topic of "Educated India-Developed India" was organized at Shri Venkateshwara University, in which speakers spoke about to make India again a world Guru with a 100% literacy rate and education was described as the backbone of all-round development of the country. On this occasion, everyone boycotted Child Labour completely and pledge the oath of prohibiting child labour to the people present there. Apart from this, the students of the institute called for a 100% literate India campaign to take the country back to "World Guru" by taking out a "literacy awareness rally" in the university campus. On this occasion, the inauguration of the seminar was done by the Group Chairman, Dr. Sudhir Giri, and University Pro-Chancellor Dr. Rajeev Tyagi by lighting the lamp in front of Maa Saraswati. In his address, Group Chairman Dr. Sudhir Giri said that unless India is 100% literate, it would be meaningless to talk about making India a world guru again. He said that till the time of independence, the country's literacy rate was only 12.5%, which has now increased to 74%, but now we are far behind from World Literacy Rate (85%). We have to take the literacy rate to 100% by conducting awareness campaigns and ban child labour completely. University's Pro-Chancellor Dr. Rajeev Tyagi said that in the last decade, educational schemes like (Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan, Beti Bachao-Beti Padhao, Mead Day Meal, Adult Education) increased the literacy rate from 61% to 74%, but gender differences, Crime like feticide, child labour has to be strictly banned and children will have to be removed from child labour to increase literacy rate.
2 September 2020 - 6 Ventilators received as a grant from Govt.

Today turned out to be a historic day for the Venkateswara group. VIMS Multi-Speciality Hospital of Venkateshwara Group saved 750 patients' life till now with zero mortality rate. Venkateshwara Medical College and Multispeciality Hospital have received 6 advanced and hi-tech ventilators as a grant from the ''PM COVID Care Fund" of Govt Of India. This information has given by the chairman of Venkateshwara Group, Dr. Sudhir Giri, and Pro-Chancellor Dr. Rajeev Tyagi jointly in the press conference. While giving more information about Ventilator machines received from the Prime Minister's Care Fund of the Government of India, the Pro-Chancellor Dr. Rajeev Tyagi said that we are fighting against the Coronavirus very strongly under the excellent effective leadership of the respected Prime Minister. In the same sequence, so far, VIMS, the Multi-Speciality hospital of the Venkateshwara group, has sent 750 patients to their homes with zero mortality rate in corona treatment. As of a result, 6 ventilator machines have been made available to the Venkateshwara group from the "Prime Minister Care Fund" today. For which the Venkateshwara Group thanks the entire Government of India including the respected Prime Minister. The number of ventilators has now increased to 12 in VIMS Multi-Speciality Hospital. So that effective free treatment will be more easily provided to the most serious corona patients.
29 August 2020 - National Sports day

Today, on the occasion of National Sports Day, Venkateshwara University & Institute, located on National Highway Bypass, Meerut, promoting sports and taking another important step towards women empowerment, "Venkateshwara Women's Hockey Tournament-2020" was organized, in which the Academic XI team captured the Dhyanchand Trophy by defeating the Administration XI. The Venkateshwara Women's Hockey Tournament -2020, played at the Dhyan Chand Sports Complex of Venkateshwara Group Of Institutions. The inauguration has done by the Chancellor of the University, Dr. Sudhir Giri, Pro-Chancellor Dr. Rajeev Tyagi, Director of Warrior Academy, Colonel Amardeep Tyagi, Retired Brigadier NS Dhillon, etc. by lighting up the lamp. In the match, both teams performed brilliantly, but in the last 20 minutes, Venkateshwara Academics eleven scored 3 goals, and the team of the Venkateswara Administration 11 managed to score only 2 goals. The chief guest honoured the Academics eleven team with a trophy.
25 August News - Self Defense Camp

The closing ceremony of the five-day "Self-Defense Camp" celebrated at Venkateshwara towards promoting women empowerment and preparing girls and women for self-defense. The closing ceremony had inaugurated by the Venkateshwara Group's Chairman, Dr. Sudhir Giri, Pro-Chancellor Dr. Rajeev Tyagi, Director of Warrior Military Academy Colonel Amardeep Tyagi, Director of the Strike Defense Institute Colonel Sanjay Panwar, and others by lighting the lamp. In which more than 12 participants, girls, women from different parts of the country has honored by certificates and commemorative symbols. On this occasion, the group chairman Dr. Sudhir Giri said that for self-reliance and self-defense of women and girls, the Venkateshwara group is to start a world-class shooting range and two new courses, for which a committee has constituted under the chairmanship of the Group Chief Executive Officer Dr. D.N Rao.
