As per the provisions of Section 27(2) of Uttar Pradesh Niji Vishwavidyalaya Adhiniyam, 2019 and further under section 23(1) of the First Statutes of Shri Venkateshwara University, the Finance Committee has been reconstituted as:

• The term of the office of the ex-officio members shall continue so long as they hold the office by virtue of which they are members.
• The term of office of a nominated member shall be three years.
