Shri Lokesh Mehra is part of the Employer Engagement team for Amazon Web Services (AWS) in South Asia with the mandate of preparing a diverse community of cloud talent for the modern workforce by helping to navigate the transition from learner to job seeker. His charter is to help learners build (cloud computing) knowledge and AWS proficiency by engaging in the direct application of (cloud) skills. He also manages strategic relationships with Ministry of Education, Institutional Bodies, Policy led engagements and Skill development initiatives, along with aligning Universities with Amazon curriculum and certifications. He has had stints with other leading organizations namely NASSCOM, Oracle, Symantec, Microsoft, Cisco, Intel and NIIT. By profession an Electronics & Communication Engineer, MBA and a Postgraduate in Marketing and Education Technology, Lokesh has approximately three decades of experience in the IT industry covering Education, Training, Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Channel Development and CSR.

Lokesh has spoken at several public forums hosted by ASSOCHAM, Business Today, CII, CEGR, EDGE, ELETS, FICCI, Indian Education Congress, NASSCOM, PHD, International Telecom Union (ITU), UNDP, etc. and besides editing 3 books has also authored several articles published in leading newspapers and magazines.
