Shri Venkateshwara University The D.El.Ed teacher qualification is graduation in any traditional discipline with a minimum of 50% marks. In case of a professional degree with a minimum of 55% marks. 5% relaxation to SC/ST candidates in both the cases.

Age should be between 18 to 35 years. For SC/ST/OBC: 18 to 40 years and for Physically Handicapped: 18 to 50 years.

The D.El.Ed teacher qualification, i.e. The Diploma in Elementary education (D.El.Ed) or BTC is of 2 years comprising 4 semesters.

The recent Supreme Court judgement barring B.ed degree holders from Primary teaching posts has renewed interest in D.El.Ed because it’s mandatory for elementary teaching posts.

D.El.Ed Course fees in Private College

Private colleges are a wonderful option for pursuing D.El.Ed because they adopt innovative teaching methods that impart futuristic teaching skills.

As mentioned earlier, the last date for D.El.Ed admission in UP has been extended till August 24, allowing candidates to apply before time.
